More December Sweetness

The L.A. Christmas wasn't nearly enough celebrating so......we moved onto Grandma and Grandpa's house. Once again, Noah was thrilled with the tree, all the amazing decorations and his 72 Hot Wheels. We made a little Noah Handprint and had it turned into a rooster. There was also the little letter to Santa: Dear Santa, All we want is good teeth.

December 2006

Well, December was eventful for our little family. It started with Stephen’s surgery (nothing serious but surgery none-the-less), then Noah’s pneumonia, Liz’s cold turned sinus infection and then a round of everyone getting sick yet again. In all that excitement, we were able to get a Christmas tree, Stephen picked out a beautiful one and I got the lights on it and about 12 ornaments, then everything went to *###** in a handbasket and that’s about as far as we got. However, Noah did not know the

difference until he saw the Christmas trees in LA and in Napa and even then he didn’t much care. He asked if we would get a new one when we told him our current one would be taken down. So if you come visit and find a Christmas Tree in July you know why.

All in all, we had a GRAND Christmas, probably one of the best. You are reminded of all the goofy Christmas magic when you have a child. Noah was very excited about Santa and presents. We spent Christmas in Southern California and it was a balmy, lovely 75 degrees. Now, that’s what I call Christmas…none of that snow stuff for us. Noah got to open all his gifts and most loved his Tonka dump truck and his cousins’ princess dress up clothes and ride on car thingy. Thank you Tia Tania, Tio Mario and Cenia and Victoria for sharing the holidays and making them so special.
