Santa Baby!

On Saturday, Noah went to see Santa for the first time. He did great, didn't even balk at the thought of getting close. True to his little happy, social self, he trotted right up to Santa and asked if he could get cars for Christmas.

Side note: Noah has a mad love affair with Hot Wheels, Matchbox and "Cars" (the movie) cars that you cannot believe. Suddenly, I find my purse and pockets filled with Chevy's, BMW's, Audi's, Jag's, Beetle's and of course Mustangs. But I digress, back to Santa.

The bummer was that Santa was not exactly at his liveliest and didn't talk much to Noah. Oh well. It didn't dampen the experience for Noah one bit.

Merry, Merry All!

San Francisco Day

We went with Tia Becky, Tio Todd and Tia Karen to San Francisco. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day. We spent time appreciating the Golden Gate Bridge from the Marin County Headlands. We also went to Fisherman’s Wharf where we had a yummy lunch. Then on to Ghiradelli Square where Noah and Papa made many wishes at the fountain, closing their eyes tight. We had a great day.

We love you, Tia Becky, Tio Todd, and Tia Karen!

Munster Mashed Potatoes for Thanksgiving

Our family from Indiana was here for Thanksgiving, Stephen’s sister, Becky, her husband, Tod, and the kids, Calvin & Natalie. We spent Thanksgiving at Grandma & Grandpa Chambers’ house. We enjoyed our family time, all 30 some of us. We had a ton of pictures but we focused on the Indiana Gang. Here are just a few moments.

Noah, Natalie and Calvin read together while Papa and his sis’s looked on.

Grandma and Grandpa and all the Grandkids.

Novedades de Noviembre

Noah has now been in school for at least a month. He has adjusted very well and he talks about so many new things now that we can’t always keep up. Here are a few more school pictures.

We also had some time for general silliness. One thing that Noah and his Papa have in common is beautiful, thick hair. This leads to some interesting hairstyles or as we call them “Pa-Do’s.” “Pa” because it was Papa who had them first, “Do” as in hairdo. We got some good “Pa-do’s” in our house.
